I have had the pleasure of staying at Packington Place, Coventry Homes Apartments for over two weeks so far, and it has been a truly enjoyable experience. The service provided by the administrators has been exceptional. The cleaning, apartment size, bed, wardrobe, washing facilities, kitchen, and heating system have all exceeded my expectations. As a first-time visitor to the UK, I found the self-check-in process at Packington Place, Coventry Homes Apartments to be seamless and secure, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the apartment officials. The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet easily accessible to Leamington Spa Railway Station and other local amenities. Whenever I reached out to the apartment officials through their designated WhatsApp number, they responded promptly and efficiently to my queries. It is a seamless comfortable experience we have during our one month stay. Serviced apartment has every thing fully equipped kitchen to cook on our own, and all the white goods like washing machine, dishwasher, Hot water supply boiler is available all the time. High security, peaceful walkable area around the apartment, parking area, Highly recommended for stay for family, couples, because it feels like home. House keeping staff also good, they will take care about the cleaning keeping the apartment tidy. Other amenities like TV, WiFi also will be there all the time.
Our stay at Leamington spa with Coventry homes was excellent. The apartment was ideally situated in the town centre and was very comfortable, and clean. The apartments have a lovely setting and being able to have a parking space was great. It’s a few minutes walk to the train station for exploring further afield. We thorough enjoyed our stay.
Me and my friends had a wonderful stay with Coventry Home. The apartments were well presented and clean and the location was ideal, very close to the city centre and a stones throw from Sainsbury’s and the 24hr Nisa Local. Highly recommend! X
I was with my family in the Manor House through my company provided accomodation, this was managed amazingly well by Coventry Homes. Everything one can expect in a home was available, I only had to buy my groceries. Cleaners were coming regularly every Wednesday. Rooms were clean, spacious, airy, full of light and it was a corner flat through which I could see Pump room gardens. My wife and kid absolutely loved the apartment and I only wished to stay longer on my 30th check out day. Thnak you Coventry homes staff for being there to support.

We recently stayed in Sawadee Apartments over Christmas and New Year. The apartment was well appointed, close to local shops, and a comfortable stay.
The apartment is great. And the service is absolutely amazing and a very quick response. I am enjoying my stay here in Priory place.
We enjoyed our stay in a very spacious apartment in Solihull. The location was brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. The staff at Coventry Home were very friendly and helpful on the few occasions when we needed to contact them.
