Ordered a taxi didn't turn up so we called for an update and got told it was 2min away, 5min later we called again and got hung up on. We had to change the restaurant booking and drive. I would advise avoiding this company as when we called back get didn't care.

Awful experience avoid at all costs. Booked a taxi, didn't arrive, called to check twice, told it's coming, then on the third time of ringing another colleague said it'd had been cancelled and we could book one again in 3 hrs! On ringing back to check who'd cancelled the taxi they claimed they'd cancelled as they're closed despite another colleague saying twice the taxi 's coming. Appalling. Do not use.
