Brilliant place to train, for martial arts, in for for sports such as 🏉 rugby training, there's cleaned toilets, showers, full disability access, ramps to main entrance, wide hall ways, fully equipped disabled toilet, small kitchen offering some fresh food, snacks, such as chocolate, crisps, various cold & warm drinks available, various tea's, coffee etc... There is enough parking, with the advantage of a disabled spot.

Really well run & we never have to wait for our booked session....... Really warm & friendly owner, staff are also which makes it a really nice, safe & caring environment & location for kids & adults alike to train.

Really welcoming to new starters and with an excellent system to filter upwards and progress in classes. My two daughters love it. Highly recommend them.
