Recently joined as more local than my previous gym and it seemed to have a better atmosphere when I went for a look around.nSo far so good, only used the gym on various days and times and never had an issue getting on equipment.nStaff friendly and helpful in the gym, and all other users actually wipe down the equipment after use which is a bit of a novelty!nDon't plan on using the pool as very limited times available around school swimming, swimming lessons and swimming  clubs

Friendly helpful staff.  Well equipped gym, but really loud music from speakers right next to your head is not needed as we all have our own kind of music on our phones. Maybe that was good in the 1980's.

Amazing gym with well trained and positive instructors. I joined GA.last month and attend the classes 5 times per week.nOutstanding classes , can't wait for more classes to come.nOnly concern about the cleaning service as there is lots of dust and the changing room is wet.

Went for a swim with my partner and sister. Felt uncomfortable swimming in the pool as one of the lads was racially biased and kept asking that I swim in the shallow even though I am an experienced adult swimmer.nnMyself and my partner then discovered feces in the pool that were floating at the button. Absolutely disgusting!! We told the staff and they said “It could be but we cleaned it last night so it should be fine”.nnThe attitude was terrible. We left immediately.

I've been on the waiting list for 2 years and half for swimming for 2 children and I'm still waiting. When I ask how long I have to wait, they tell me that they only have room for old children, there's no room for new ones, but I see different children going swimming all the time, but there's no room for my children. They want me to wait another 10 years so I can finally take my children to swimming lessons. How is this possible?
