Exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, really lovely. Couldn't do enough for you. Amazing architectural ceiling in main hall. Public loos. Has small shop selling cards etc. The museum is free to enter and there is a lift as well as stairs taking you up to the exhibition space above.
Saw China Crisis.Not a big venuea good thing! and we were sat near the back but still had a great view.Sound was very good.Seating very tight.nThe band were brilliant!
This is the second year we have been to a Christmas concert and love it every time. Good seating arrangements with a good view and not to mention a small bar area.
What a fantastic hidden gem. Thanks to the lady in Skipton castle gift shop we discovered the FREE museum in the town hall. As an archaeologist I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Great interactive resources for families also.
One of the most quietist and beautiful place to visit in North Yorkshire.nLoved this town and it’s scenic view placed in the lap of Yorkshire dales.nWe parked a car for like 3 hours which was cheap and that duration was enough to sneak through the town.nDefinitely recommended if u want some refreshing fusion of nature and modern settlement.nThe people are so friendly and it’s a very clean town with amazing houses and shops all around.
