Rude old lady serving that refused a parcel for delivery and asked irrelevant questions about its contents. It's private and none of your business. Will not revisit and take my business elsewhere. Post Office Customer Service will be following up my concerns.
It was quick to dispatch a parcel at this office, where I had to wait barely any time! The staff were friendly and competent in checking my parcel, after which they gave me a receipt as proof of postage.
I’ve had no trouble with items getting to their destinations, but the environment is not the nicest Post Office I’ve been in and the staff could be more friendly. Some randomly ask what you’re sending or use terminology that isn’t terribly clear to customers. Could benefit with more consistent customer service and to be more helpful instead of putting onerous on customers all the time.
Always met with politeness and they are very helpful. The only negative is sharing with subway. Horrible cooking smell and means more congestion re Covid restrictions.
Poor post office next to a subway, smells horrible. Longer queues and short of staff, not very friendly people. They refused my parcel just because it doesn't have the correct barcode - ridiculous! I'd recommend people not to go this post office.
Really rude staff. Not IMPRESSED. I went here to deposit money into my account and the woman behind the till told me off for folding bank notes so they would fit in my wallet. How many one star reviews do they need to see before they take action and discipline the lady who is the source of all the complaints?
Just been to Skipton post office, well never again ! The Indian women was so rude,no please ,no thank you,no hello,dear god how rude is she.. Judging be the other comments in this vain nothing seems to get done about it... I will never go in there again...
Never had any problems in this post office. The interior is a bit tired looking, but the staff are usually pleasant and helpful.
I don't normally use this post office but I called in twice recently and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful answered all my questions.
Unfortunately twice l have been in this week and the person behind the counter managed to process my returns parcels without actually speaking to me
