We cannot thank Skipton Properties enough for our beautiful new home. We are so impressed with the quality and finish and nothing has been too much trouble. They have recently put some extra trellis up in our garden as well as some bushes which we are extremely grateful for and looks fabulous. A special mention to the site manager Alan who has been very helpful from day one. A lovely company to deal with and highly recommended.

Myself and my wife love our new home. We look at many other developers before buying from Skipton, their specifications didn't compare. Take a look at their homes. You won't regret it.

My Grandma bought from Skipton Properties recently when she downsized.  As an elderly lady it was a big move for her but Skipton Properties took excellent care of her and minimised the stress wherever possible.  She's so happy in her new home.  Everything is laid out perfectly and the finish throughout is to such a high standard.  We are both so impressed.

Really enjoying my home from Skipton Properties. What has made life much easier since moving in is the aftersales service. They’ve dealt with any snagging quickly and efficiently, probably helped by the fact they are still on site, but nonetheless it has been a comfort. Knowing that it’s structurally insured for the next ten years also puts my mind at ease. I am very happy with my home

This company has no intemtion of keeping their promises when proposing a development to both a Council and the community. The fact that they renaged on a promise to create affordable housing at Elsey Croft clearly shows that their real intention is to put profit before anything else. I bought a house off this company years ago but I think when they give communities hope for affordable housing and then don't keep to their word it's an absolute disgrace. Skipton Properties should feel ashamed of themselves 👎
