"Would you eat food rescued from a skip?" Well, we dropped in to the Skipchen today and absolutely did! Soup and cauliflower salad were on the menu but we plumped for the mushroom fritatta and rosemary jacket potato. Simple and delicious, and all would otherwise have been wasted! Keep up the good work his and girls!
