I received a voucher worth £50 in December 2012 hoping to receive a hot stone massage (costing £28). This was to last roughly 45minutes. I was out in 20 minutes. The voucher was then taken off me and when I rang at the beginning of January 2013 I had been told that the voucher was out of date - I was then offered another treatment. 

On three different occasions I was told that I would be contacted for a treatment - I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. Clearly the services offered are dependant upon the method of payment. i.e. Pay with voucher = Poor service. Why throw customers away and only focus on short term earnings?
