Went there for the first time. The girl that washed my hair was excellent. I had a senior stylist to do a blow dry costing £31.50 for shoulder length hair. I was very disappointed with results. I asked people what they thought about Petra as a hairdressers and they were shocked at how much I paid and to be honest the blow dry was the worst I ever had. In London I pay between £18-£25 for a blow dry and go every week. I would not recommend them to anyone except the girl that washed my hair! Following on from this review Petra Carroll kindly phoned inviting me to come in on Friday morning to have my hair done again. I was hesitant but thought everyone deserves a second chance. Again I had Roberta wash my hair following as last time with an Indian head massage all excellent. I had Grace as a stylist and she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Results not 5 stars but 7 stars. Was completely happy and told reception I will put in a completely satisfied review. Thank you Petra Carrol for your customer care.
