Really quiet and peaceful place. Lovely accommodation and area. Love how much they cater for dogs too. There is a designated dog walking area too with stunning views. Very out of the way, but that is a good thing. Thank you for a lovely stayRooms: 5/5
Fantastic location, quiet and amazing views from the platinum caravans. The accommodation is immaculate and modern. Location, close to national park, west coast and wigton a stones throw for groceries etc. Highly recommend.
From initial enquiry to arriving at Platinum 1 was seem less. We had been previously and it did not disappoint. Park is well placed and immaculate. All communications with staff was efficient. Caravan was excellent, well appointed, warm with fantastic views. loved it all and look forward to returning.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful place with lovely views. Quiet and much less touristic then south of lake district. Super helpful, warm and welcoming staff. We stayed in delux caravan. High standard of cleanness, really well equipped kitchen and pleasent decoration throughout. Even the ice cubes had been ready in the freezer! Would definitely come back.

A wonderful site to stay on, well maintained and tidy, lots of wildlife which is lovely to see and hear, it is great that areas have been left for the birds and animals, great views of the surrounding area. Easy to navigate around the site, On walking around the site they have a lovely play area for the children and there is also a dog agility area. The laundry room is a great asset and good price £3 for a wash and £1 for 30mins tumble dryer.
Our first visit to Skiddaw view. Absolutely stunning scenery and so peaceful. Site is very clean and cared for. My only other comment is. The lodge that we are staying in apple tree lodge needs a bit of TLC looking a bit tired!! New table and chairs would be nice. As these are a bit old!!. No gate on decking so had to use one of the outdoor sofas to block it off. Dog friendly places should have gates. Could be a bit cleaner as I felt I had to wipe down with antibacterial wipes and clean the toilet!! This is not the sites fault. Cleaners should clean properly. Hope it gets checked when we leave before next people come in. Pull bottom fridge tray out. This would not stop me returning. Otherwise I hope to enjoy my break. X
First time up here for the wife and she loved it. The room's were brilliant and very dog friendlyRooms: 4/5
