I telephoned the Flower Centre as I did not know where to start in ordering my wedding flowers. Me and my partner only decided to get married this year and therefore have arranged to get married in a couple of months. I simply wanted a rough idea as to the price for a bride's small bouquet and the groom's button hole. With them being a well established florist I thought I would get a helpful professional serivce, instead the phone was answered by an extremely abrupt women who, when I initially asked if they did wedding flowers, spoke to me like I was something off the bottom of her shoe. When I then asked as to whether she could provide me with a rough idea as to the price of a bride's bouquet and groom's button hole, could not then even be bothered speaking to me but passed me straight on to a colleague, who advised that if I required any information to either email them or come into the shop. I could believe the attitude of this first woman. This may be an everyday experience for them in dealing in this industry but this is the first and only time I plan to get married and therefore did not know where to start at all. What a let down they are to their employer and I most certainly will not be emailing or coming into the store with that attitude!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!
