I have been attending Esher-for many years and I’m so impressed by their professionalism and their friendly service. They always go the extra mile to help.

I had a course of 8 laser hair removal treatments at SKN Esher. Booked whilst they had a sale on, so it was a lot cheaper than other places and I had seen mixed feedback on here so was a little anxious: was it all too good to be true? 
No, SKN Esher have been great! I've had a great experience here, results have been amazing and had no problems whatsoever! Team are lovely - friendly, professional and made me feel really comfortable. Can't recommend them enough! :)

This place is an utter shambles.  Of the 3 appointments I've made only one has come to fruition. One was cancelled due to staff training the day before and the next because the "machine is being moved to London." I've paid for a course and have no way of redeeming it without a 3 hour round-trip to Harley Street.  Extremely amateurish!

Unpleasant, don't recommend to anyone. After attending a laser hair removal session with a new practitioner at skn, I was left with two large burn marks which turned septic and have scarred. I have made 3 formal complaints to the clinic and nothing has been done about it. They don't look after clients or take any responsibility when things go wrong!
