I went today on the recommendation of my sister as she is a client but I was very very disappointed. I went for a consultation yesterday and colour today. I did ask for a senior stylist who said she was fully booked up today but having been in the salon for nearly four hours all I seen her doing was one colour which was a base touch up and blow dry??? I however got a lovely girl to do my highlights but that’s where it ended I am very unhappy to say the least I should of just held out until I went back to Ireland to have my hair done. I said several times to the stylist you’re not putting in enough foils and I got a reply if I know what I’m doing it’s ok then the end result I still had a black band of colour. So she went to get the owner who told me I had baby hair on the black surrounding band. She then put in some highlights in my hair and she had no problem lifting my so called baby hair to weave the highlights in so another hour and twenty minutes and I’m back again for my blow dry this time I’m told it will be another twenty minutes as there is no one free so I said I’d blow dry it myself and the owner said what do you want me to do with a real sarky attitude so at a push she blasted my hair dry which took two minutes smoothed out the front and proceeded to the desk to charge me full price. Ok it was 50% of today which I wasn’t prior aware of so when I questioned as to the full charge of 30 pounds for the brutal blow dry she said she would give me a 10% discount which I threw back over the counter to her and she didn’t have any hesitation in taking but on the other hand she let me leave the salon very upset and unhappy with my dark roots and pathetic attempt of a full head of highlights so well done to the owner who I can’t even name as she never introduced herself apart from me telling you she has long blonde hair with a darker top roots. I will never be back to this salon again and my sister was disgusted to see the turnout she was gobsmacked. It’s just a pity I can’t upload my before pic my after pic and then my second after pic where you could see there is virtually no difference. Pity I hadn’t read the reviews of the past annoyed customers.

I asked for highlights and somehow came out darker, a pathetic attempt to baylage and horrendous hair cut. I’m very disappointed considering it costed me a fortune and I now have a very dull colour and a very difficult cut to manage at home. Never again!!!

Fabulous salon- great service, great deals, on point hair colouring and cutting and friendly helpful staff. I always have my hair done by the lovely Hayley and never leave disappointed. She works miracles! Highly recommend. 😀

Worst hairdressing/colouring experience ever. Got it wrong the first time so asked for a redo, the manager didn't do it (even though she was supposed to) and gave me the same person. Dumped one colour on the top of my head and that was it. Had to go elsewhere and spend so much money to fix it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
