Easy service beginning to end. Was offered lifts both ways and brilliant customer service throughout. No issues with retrieving deposit or after service as with some companies that try to sting you. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Appalling service! Booked a car that never showed up, then when I called about it they said they didn't have one and hung up on me!
Hired a van from these guys & girls and they bent over backwards to help me out. Will definitely use them again if a van is needed & would highly recommend them. Professional and friendly staff.
I did not like the way they ‘sold’ insurance waiver cover. I was advised I could be charged up to £1000 for every piece of damage without this cover- which sounds like a rip off. If this is incorrect, it’s poor training. If correct, Enterprise should be avoided.
We had a lovely Kia for several weeks after our car got hit, we were very impressed with the service we received the staff were all polite and answered any questions quick, drop off and pick up of the car was easy We would definitely recommend them
My car broke down whilst on Holiday at a caravan park in Lowerstoft. I was able to get a courtesy vehicle from the Lowerstoft branch. The staff there where excellent Marcel arranged for Brooke to collect me and take me back to the office to collect a lovely Vauxhall corsa which got me and my family home safe and sound. Thanks again Marcel and Brooke excellent customer care.
Hard work. Enterprise have provided me with hire cars via Volkswagen roadside assistance and it's hit or miss as to the service you receive. There never seems to be any suitable vehicles available, which I can somewhat accept, but what I really struggle with is when people promise to call back by a certain time and then just don't bother - you might as well have just told me that you weren't going to deal with my issue. If it wasn't Volkswagen paying the bill then I'd definitely go elsewhere. Edit 22/03/2021 - As per your response I contacted you via email the same day and have not yet received any response, other than a request for my telephone number which was already included in the email I sent. It seems that the service through this channel is no better than that in the branch!
Called and booked a car.. was told to collect car midday only to find that after arranging to be taken to collect it.I was told they had no recollection of booking. Very disappointing, very unhelpful very dissatisfied... will never recommend..
Excellent customer service and support, the vehicle was lovely and clean. There is absolutely nothing that I could fault, the guy's even dropped me off at home after my rental. I will definitely be returning when I need to hire again and I will also be promoting Enterprise to my friends, five star service.
