I would just like to say thank you to the team at Lowestoft;  It was a great service from start to finish.  They went out of their way to find me the right car after my accident, providing excellent follow up through to us handing back the car and a member of their team dropping us off at the garage.  First rate service; many companies could learn a lot from what you provide as standard.
