After sleeping only 3 hours and taking 3 flights to get to Mykonos, I realized after landing that I will probably need a car to get around. Nicola M. greeted me with a great smile at the counter and found me an automatic car on the lot that was available. He provided excellent customer service that is “rare” in Europe, as we all know. Thank you, Sixt rent a car Mykonos Airport for all your help today!

This agency is scamming their customers and Greece customer service is complicit. First time I tried them in Mykonos after being to a lot of other rental companies and they are the worst. They give you cars with scratches not noted. No check-in and no check-out to confirm so after they debit you of hundreds of euros. Customer service is complicit as I sent them pictures of the scratches before I took the car and they don’t want to ear anything.
As soon as I approached the kiosk Niko, representative of Sixt, was already expecting me, gaving me the best customer service possible! I got the mini Cooper convertible! What a great car! I highly recommend this company, they made the process quick and easy! Thank you Niko!
