I can't praise the staff and the whole rental experience highly enough. The staff were polite, helpful, and certainly made the whole experience of renting a car one worth repeating.

Cheap hire a bit dodgy with £1000 excess just for a chipped windscreen, you can reduce it by paying for a reduced excess charge by either paying £19 a day to reduce it to £0 excess or £16 a day for £100 excess. They also charge £1.40 per litre for petrol and ask you to replace whatever they provide without refunding you £1.40 per litre. Would have 5 star without extra charges
