Used the local branch for a recent home move, and needed to rent a van. The prices online very very good about 1/4 of the price of actual movers, and good range of options. I was nervous about going in to collect but shouldn’t have been - the staff were ever so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. They were genuinely interested in the move which was a nice personal touch, and made sure I felt confident taking out the van. The return was also quick and easy, and again the team were really accommodating and thoughtful. Big thanks to Subes and Karishma for looking after us, will definitely recommend and use again.
Hired a van for a house move part 1, easy to book via website and enter your details. Options to pay online cheaper or when you collect the van. Staff were great on collection and return. Will hire again for the second part of the house move in a few weeks.
DO NOT USE!!!!! Absolutely shocking!! Day light Robby which they will not get away with, hired a van for my mother in law! Me being a female just look around the van at eye level, the normal front, back & sides. They already messed up with the van being the completely wrong van we initially ordered! When we returned the van they stayed we had hit the van as right at the top of the van along the side was a scratch and dent! There was nothing we could have done that on at that height! I have had to get my family solicitor involved, they haven’t provided details of managers & head office. It’s disgusting as we are living in the middle of cost of living, I feel I as a female was targeted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID!
From the beginning I have had top class customer service from Eves Branch Manager & Dan. I drive a c63s Eves went out of his way and drove over 3 hours to get me Mercedes GLE SUV. I also had an issue when in Slough but once again Dan went above & beyond to sort out everything and got a XC90. They have gone over & beyond without any hesitation. This is the best enterprise rental company I have dealt with. I can’t thank them enough as a customer they truly are exceptional at what they do. 10/10

I returned my car here after driving from another branch. The service was good and responsive and I was in and out of the branch with in a couple of minutes which is what you want when returning a car.. no documentation was provided on site but it was emailed to me later in the day.

Very friendly staff, made the whole experience so easy and chilled. Advised me ASAP when there was an issue with my booking and offered alternatives to try and fix it. Highly recommended, and would definitely use again.
Didcot gets my vote every time. Friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. Location is also very convenient and in walking distance from Didcot Parkway and on the standard bus routes to the Orchard Centre.
Following damage to my car this company have been the most helpful friendly team of people I’ve dealt with unlike my insurance company who have failed to get my car even assessed after 10days . Thanks Karishma and colleagues
