A very bad experience with this one at Didcot. They dont seem to have a record of past (2 days old) and just conclude things on the customer without verifying the actual data in the first place. I was completely taken aback by the way the staff treated me as a customer in the whole van hire process. I only used Enterprise through out for any car/van hire till date and never experienced something like this in any Enterprise centres before. I am not going to Didcot enterprise centre in the future.

As always a great experience with enterprise, always attentive and ready to help in anyway they can even getting a car delivered at short notice because I forgot to incude the fact I needed an automatic on the booking!

Excellent service from the folks at Didcot Enterprise, over the course of three separate hires. The fact that they were able to pick me up before a hire and drop me off after a hire was incredibly useful. Cars were great: clean, well-specified. Above all, the staff were very extremely pleasant and helpful, and (importantly) went through the T&Cs of the hire very clearly so that there were no nasty surprises / unexpected extras. On the basis on my experience with them, very strongly recommended.

The staff at Didcot were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me. All were very professional, polite and friendly which helped me immensely with my dilemma. Excellent service and lovely staff. Would recommend to everyone. 5 star service.

Rent cars or vans. Best to preorder as they have limited space.
