For anyone like me who has qualms about renting cars due to hearing all the horror stories, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. It's a simple, no nonsense, bring it back how you found it approach along with very helpful and responsive customer service. If you try and book online and don't like the times available, give the branch a call and speak to Andy. He was happy to work things out to suit all parties concerned and made my trip a lot less stressful as it was all very last minute!
Best car rental company I have used. Reasonable prices, very easy process to hire a car and easy to understand Insurance extras. My car was almost new, a small Peugot. No hidden extras like lots of companies and no hard sell- I strongly recommend them.
Great experience. Lovely car which was clean and a nice drive. Staff were friendly and we had back our deposit without any issue. Will use them again.
Would highly recommend. They have a wide range of vehicles for rental at a decent price. The whole experience was pleasant and hassle-free; from the initial enquiry to picking up the car on the day.
There was a long queue awaiting collection on a Saturday morning, but otherwise an exemplary service and reasonable hire cost. Most happy to support DVR with my custom.
Rented car from this guys booked weeks in advanced. Booked a large car and ended up with a mini range one. They made excuses as to why i didn't get what i had booked but couldn't offer me the car i needed. Totally wrecked my trip
