I booked a car in good faith and when I arrived to pick it up I was told there weren't any vehicles available. The policy of the company is to avoid having any vehicles standing around unused so beware if you are booking online or out of hours as you might be disappointed.

I only dropped a car off here. Had a little problem finding the key drop off (it was not marked well and I had to spend about 5 minutes looking for it)

Hassle free rental, great friendly staff. Even got a free upgrade to a Mercedes.

Disgusting, don't clean out cars properly. Glovebox was full of crisp and sweet wrappers.

Dirty car, stank of cigarette smoke. I called twice to get them to change the car and inform them of warped front brake discs. On both occasions I was told that someone would call me back when they had another car but they didn't bother. I had two withdrawals from my account from Europe car one I presume was for fuel which is fair enough and the other We are not sure what for there was no damage so I can only presume VALETING. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I went into the Weymouth branch to talk to them and spoke to the manager but he just fobbed me off and could not even produce a invoice for the charges I occurred
