They did not tell me they are closing for refurb for 3 weeks before I started my 1st session. Now want me to go to a different branch. But cannot also give me any suitable appointments in the current branch in the mean time. As a result im going to go to a different company. But ive lost 1 session from my 6 sessions I get via bupa. I now have to do another assesment elsewhere and start all over again. Really frustrated and disapointented with the service.

I have been going to Six Physio in Kensington for the last couple of months after suffering some back and leg pain which started over a year ago. I had been to at least two other physiotherapy places and we were moving so needed to find a new place.  I was impressed by their website - I wanted to treat the underlying cause of my pain not just alleviate symptoms. It's a promise I feel they are keeping. 

My physiotherapists (Hayley and Richie) are so wonderful. They give me helpful advice and the treatments and exercises they have given me are actually helping me progress. I have really benefited from their approach. I thought my previous physiotherapists were good, but honestly, I wasn't improving - just treating symptoms and the few exercises I was given didn't activate the target muscles they should have. At Six Physo they have taken the time to ensure the exercises work the correct muscles and if not adjust the exercises accordingly so that I am not wasting my time. 

Additonally everyone I've met and spoke with at the Kensington branch have been friendly and helpful which also makes the experience 
more enjoyable.

If you are in need of physio, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Truly outstanding service by a group of professionals.  Tim is an absolute star - great knowledge and client service.  An absolute pleasure to deal with.  Highly Recommended!!

I had 6 months of treatment with Tim after I fractured my shoulder in a skiing accident. Having an active lifestyle with quite a history of injuries I must say that the treatment I received at Six Physio is the best I've ever had!!!!
Every aspect of the treatment produced a positive result in my recovery.

Their facilities and professionalism are top ranked, and combined with the friendly and personable staff, make every visit a very pleasant experience.

Thanks again Tim for excellent service.
