I had a total knee replacement in October 2017. Chris Jenkins has treated and supervised my rehabilitation. As a former international sportsperson I have had experience with many physiotherapists over more than 60 years - indeed I was one of the first private clients of Robin Mackenzie in the 1950s. Chris is up there with the best of them. I cannot speak too highly of his professional service. In addition to his superior treatment skills he was also able to distil in a practical way the key theoretical information about the physiology of my knee and provide me with good understanding of the process I was going through and the milestones to full recovery. He enabled me to make the necessary progress to obtain the consultant's agreement to my travelling to New Zealand where I am at present - and enjoying the benefit of a fully functioning knee.

Central Health is absolutely excellent. I was treated by Camilla Curtis, after an emergency visit to A&E with back pain and she was superb. She was highly professional, and I felt 100% confident in the clinical treatment and advice that I received. She also helped me seek the relevant medical advice for the anxiety I was feeling after the hospital visit. Camilla offers the highest clinical treatment, but the combination of this with her caring approach and desire to do her very best for you as her patient really makes her stand out.

I had an excellent experience here with Ali, my physiotherapist. She listened patiently as I described my symptoms and provided a sensible course of treatment that I am still plugging away at. Overall, very happy with the care I received and Ali was both very helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

I was advised by my consultant to use Central Health for Physiotherapy following shoulder stabilisation surgery. I started working with Chris Jenkins who has an abundance of knowledge and a great deal of experience through his work in rugby. His enthusiasm would always turn what has the potential to be a tough rehabilitation into a positive experience. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others in the future.

Camilla Curtis has been incredible - She helped me enormously with my pregnancy-related severe pelvic pain and got me back on my feet after more than 4 months on crutches (including a brief period when I was in so much pain I was wheelchair bound)! I saw her on the recommendation of the Pelvic Partnership, and experienced an immediate improvement in my mobility and pain following the very first treatment session and got progressively better with each subsequent treatment. I could not recommend her more highly! Very grateful!
