Sips Eco Panels

A huge word of caution about this company - they went bust last year with £-000,000 hundreds of thousands of pounds of losses, including thousands we had paid in a deposit which the liquidators have indicated to us we are highly unlikely to see a penny of again. They then resumed operation with a new company name from exactly the same premises and a very similar name, having wiped their debts clear but leaving their customers in the lurch. The service we had from Sips Eco Panels was in case incredibly unreliable with firm promises about delivery dates repeatedly missed. It may be that under "Martin and Nicola's" new ownership that things have improved, but Nicola Young appears to be the self-same project manager that we dealt with previously. I personally would never use this company on the basis of all this. It is way too risky when you can pay a hefty deposit for a building, as we did, and see it literally disappear down the pan because of mismanagement.

We have been buying panels from the company for the last five - six years. Martin Cook and his team are providing an excellent customer service every time we deal with them. Under the new company ownership the panels were supplied very fast. I'm really happy with their approach towards business and the attention to detail when specific needs are highlighted by the customer.

Martin and Nicola have been great since they took over from the last owners. All of our concerns and issues were dealt with, and we was able to continue with our extension. We had a small problem with the delivery, which was due to the delivery company arriving a day early (better than a day late!) and incomplete, however SIPS arranged for the delivery of the outstanding items a few days later, and the build was able to be completed without a problem. The kit went together well, and we hope to use Martin on the next stage of our extension in a few years time. Tony Wood - West Sussex

Contacted this company to get a quote for some work. Martin Cook went out of his way to help and although we didn't place an order, it was only because the delivery (they're in Scotland and we are on the south coast) was expensive. Very professional and would recommend without question.

I cannot thank this company enough for the help and support they have given us. From initial enquiry through to delivery and post installation support, they have exceeded all expectations. It is always a risk picking a company from the internet and trusting them however, these fears were very quickly put to one side and I cannot thank, nor praise this company enough.
