'Lomond Group' built our house shortly after having folded 'Lomond Homes' and having had to live with the numerous and persistent faults for the last 4 years, I can see why they went bust. Don't be fooled by their great looking facade; step closer or inside if you can and take a close look at the detail. Poorly attached handles, roughly hung doors, uneven floors, walls that are not square to each other, poor quality materials in areas they think you wont notice, shoddily applied render and a tendency to go mouldy... dream home? Dream on!!! Appalling aftercare and a complete unwillingness to cooperate with independent surveyors who made professional observations about what needed fixing. Cowboys dressed as businessmen and builders - stay clear and spend your money with a builder who comes with a recommendation you can trust.

Left our street without finishing the road... we ended up clubbing together and paying for it to be tarmacked ourselves. £10K gone, thanks!!! Bunch of crooks who should be locked up.
