Excellent family run business, I have bought countless things from here over the years, not only for me of family but also gifts for family and friends. My engagement ring is from here as well as my customised wedding ring which I designed with Simpson's and they made it. Friendly staff and fantastic unique pieces. By far my favourite shop in Oldham.

Worst customer service. Old man a Mr-know-it-all, older lady a stuck up woman hiding in back comes out staring at me sternly! Their daughter who is just as pompous as her parents! All this just to have my battery changed in my watch... I think I will go else where next time!!!

Very happy with the service I was offered, the engraving was a bit expensive as I did spend quite a lot on the actual purchase, however it was well worth it as it was for my grandads 80th. He was very pleased with his gift & Wendy who dealt with me was lovely.
