Not been in for a while. However, when I did call I found the assistants to be very knowledgeable and polite. They help me puck out some nice jewellery for my Mrs.
The service is excellent and the way they look after you is exceptionally good .
Good customer service and staff but not enough staff, takes a while before getting served but it is worth the wait.
Was only looking for five mins, but was mithered by staff four times, I do not need help unless I ask for it, think I must have been the only customer of the day for these desperate sales assistant
