The whole experience with Simply Stoves and Lee the installer was brilliant. Melanie was really helpful and knowledgeable on my first visit to the shop and spent a couple of hours with me getting everything planned out. Lee’s attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. The end result is amazing and all with no chimney. Thank you so much - I am over the moon with my wood burner. Well worth the wait.

We recently bought the Stovax Stockton 5 Wood Burning stove. Great price and great advice from Chris in the store. It was delivered a few days later and only took half a day to install. We've rarely had a night without it lit since! Even burning a single log at a time it puts out so much heat that we're turning our heating off in the evening now. I'd certainly recommend both the Stovax Stockton 5 stove and Simply Stoves to anybody looking for good, competent service at a great price.

Great customer services. they expect and demand a high standard from there fitters , suppliers and delivery network. Witch has made the whole experience very easy to work with seemless I believe the word to be.

Not fitted the fireplace yet but kust wanted to say service has been excellent. Chap on the phone was patient and called me back straight away with the information i needed. Great value as well nearly went and paid £899 before i come across simply stoves.
