This is the worst shop I’ve ever been into. Staff are unhelpful for post office and counter. Some are rude particularly to children. This shop does not belong in the village. Every other shop in Southminster has helpful, friendly staff. I’m not using this tip again. I hope it closes. The Nisa is much better quality, cheaper and the staff are so genuine and friendly
This little Morrisons is extremely poor. On one occassion a few months ago, the bloke working in there Adam? did a hard sell on me and made me buy a sandwich as part of a meal deal that I didn’t want - I just wanted a drink and sausage roll yet he insisted on a sandwich and made me feel I couldn’t say no.nnThis morming 12th June, the shop was a complete mess with stock all over the shop floor health and safety would take a dim view on this too and the shelves were poorly stocked - every item I wanted wasn’t available and found this extremely poor for a Tuesday morning.nnI shan’t use this shop anymore and suggest everyone uses the Nisa just round the corner.nnAnd for those who run/operate this shop, have a look at the one at Tollesbury as they do a brilliant job there despite how small it is too - take note Southminster.
All staff particularly Adam are very professional, always helpful. Adam is a pillar of the community.
i went it to mcolls to buy something and Adam was being very bad workernVery bad customer servicenasked where certain stuff was got ignored i feel like the shops would be better with out him in it
can they tell me why they serve alcohol at 6am when it states 8am....and I nothing is being done about it
