Simply let have been wonderful. Letting our house is new to us , and we need lots of guidance in all that is required to know about letting a house. They are extremely friendly and are easily reached by email / phone / text or by calling into their office  . We trust their knowledge implicitly , especially as they have had years of experience of looking after both tenants and landlords to a very high standard . 
We know our home , our tenents and ourselves  will be looked after and kept informed of all aspects regarding the house let . ., and we look forward to a great relationship with them . 
We highly recommend them to help rent/ sell your home .

Simply Let is a very professional agency. For two years they were always there for us, always solving any problems we may had with the house. The only thing we did was just inform them and they arranged everything. They are friendly, cooperative, punctual and professional. And when we left the house they did everything they could so we can get back all our deposit, and we did. So, yes go with Simply Let!

Simply Let are a very professional, friendly and trustworthy team. I rented a property with them for three years during which I had no complaints and they were very quick respond to any questions or anything needing fixed including replacing the bathroom window! Deposit was easy to get back in full. If I return to the Highlands I will rent a property again with Simply Let - a highly recommended local company.

Simply let have been managing my property since 2005 and I have found them to be extremely professional and businesslike at all times. They have always managed to find responsible tenants quickly. They are members of recognised professional bodies and they keep up to date with the latest legislation. They offer levels of service to suit everyone. They carry out regular property inspections and I am always given notification of the findings.  I am given notification if anything requires attention and they can arrange to get any repairs carried out promptly.  They work equally in the best interests of both the landlord and the tenant. I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Let.

Simply let have been managing my property since 2010 and I have been very pleased with the speed at which suitable tenants are found and any issues with the property raised. I am delighted at they approach they take when carrying out inspections and telling the tenants what they need to do....and that then means that they adopt the same strategy with me.  They are direct and to the point and are not frightened to be so.  This I believe ultimately delivers a better outcome for both the landlord and the tenant.  The service is professional and in the best interest of all parties.
