Bought a Rest Assured mattress and accessories at a good price, best of all, I got to try before I buy. Initially I was going to try and save money by using a cheap mattress website and without trying anything out - I'm glad I didn't. In store, the staff spoke to me without being pushy and gave me time to test out the beds. They were also very knowledgeable. I could see that they only sold quality items and these were at a good price, so I would definitely use this store again. My mattress is awesome and the MLily pillow is dreamy. Very happy! All items were delivered on the stated time (I couldn't see any signs in the shop that stated a delivery cost - so this should have been much clearer). They called me 30 minutes before arriving with my goods.

Terrible service, out to make money. I have been trying to buy a mattress with them since before Christmas and have been speaking to various people all offering different quotes for the same mattress and delivery. The website also states free delivery but they made some reason why it couldn't be free, which I agreed too as just wanted the mattress. When I was speaking to them about this they told me I was on the wrong website only for them to give me the website address of the website I was on. Way I was spoken to and interrupted by one of the male workers there was shocking but I still went ahead as wanted the mattress. I went ahead and reserved the mattress at an agreed price and was told the other colleague who worked there would call me back to take the payment. This didn't happen so I called them directly. When I went to pay I was told it was more than 150 pounds more. When I said what I had been quoted ahead of reserving it, I was told I was wrong and that no other person in the store had spoken to me accept the one man on the phone - a complete lie. Cowboys, out to make money. Extremely annoying and a lot of time wasted. A shame as keen to support small businesses but this certainly isn't one of them. Stay away.

Always use this shop for beds and always 100 per cent satisfied. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent quality and service.

Worst after Sales! Had missing pieces from the bed frame. Then after a few months with the "OrthoCare" beds actually hurting our backs. I called only to get insulted by a bully who finds it appropriate to speak to women like rubbish! Shocking experience... disguised! And I'm still waiting for the owner to call me back. Although if that's how his staff speak to clients, I'm not sure I want to put myself through that.
