Friendly, approachable, caring - talk you through what they plan to do and what they're doing as they do it. Ask if you're satisfied with the proposed treatment and discuss available options prior to undergoing treatment.

Really genuinely feel as though you are cared about as an individual as opposed to being another number in the waiting room! Would recommend to anyone who is nervous about the dentist or had bad experiences in the past. Really reassuring to know that there are decent people within this industry.

Shame you have to have atleast 1 star! Not very helpful and very rude receptionist!

Butchers.. Rude and left me and a friend with very bad 'cosmetic Dentistry'.. we both spent thousands and in the process of suing them. I would not let them work on a stray dog if it was on its last legs!!

Have always been provided a great service from the practice and have recommended to many people in the past who are now patients.  Clean, friendly and 9/10 times absolutely bang on appt time. Keep up the good work.
