I bought 2 Xmas decorator pot from the shop as the photo shows.  Should be £12.90 as the old lady told me. But today I checked my bank statement, I have been charged £21.90. Phoned the shop, told me I have to bring those two flowers and the receipt back. But I live one the east side of London, gonna cost me more for the travel fee.  The lady on the phone said “I’m really busy, there’s no better solution”.  I think there is a better solution which I  can took photos and you guys can transfer the money back to me.
