Amazing service..... in the face of difficulties I was faced with the task of organising a funeral for a close relative last week. I contacted them and got through to a person called Goni. He calmly talked me through the different options and patiently guided me as I found it difficult to decide ..... a nightmare customer who kept him in the phone for over 30 minutes! The order was placed 2 days before the funeral. This was during a week of heavy snow. All the flower arrangements were beautiful when they arrived. There were problems relating to difficulties with completing the death certificates ( without which the funeral directors cannot embalm or arrange viewings). Goni gave me his personal number and was very flexible about the timings of the delivery and where to deliver. My experience of the device was personal, kind and very professional. A big thank you for an outstanding service at a difficult time.

Just wanted to thank the amazing staff at Blue Florist for beautiful flowers that were so fresh and lasted two weeks.

Absolutely terrible!!! If l could give a negative star l would, unfortunately Interflora use them to cover a large part of Kingston. Ordered 2 dozen roses for my wife delivered 20 flowers, 5 of which were almost dead. Complained to interflora and to florist, interflora could not have been more helpful, whilst Blue Florist could not have been ruder. Have unfortunately had the misfortune of using them again, and there attitude was racist use at your peril. One to absolutely avoid... if l could give less than one star l would.
