Couldn't tell you what the plumber is like, we never got further than the receptionist - incredibly unhelpful. We were immediately told that as our heating system was installed by someone else there was nothing they could do. When we asked if she could recommend someone, the response was: 'Google it'. Livid - customer service costs nothing.
