Steve has fitted an outdoor tap for me and done my boiler service. Nice bloke - never had a problem - reasonably priced.

We employed Steve to refurbishment our bathroom,we told him we had a budget of £1300,we were shocked after the job to receive a bill for double what we had been quoted.On examination we were charged £270 for a mixer tap and shower head,I checked around and I could of bought one on Ebay for £120.
The mixer tap broke,I called and he came around and took it and replaced it with an used one he had lying around until ours was fixed or replaced.After numerous calls and promises it took him nearly 6 months to come around and replace our hugely overpriced mixer tap. 
The tiling looks nice but was left without skirting boards and has gaps between the tiles and floor tiles,the plug on the second hand sink he sold us no longer works and the bath panel needz replacing as it is cheap coted mdf.We phoned Steve and his wife promised he would come and sort these problems, we called about 4 times.Promised each time we would get these problems sorted....no response, 
I phoned up yet again,  upset at the awful service, his wife promised again he would call,hooray, he called 2 days later and came around.
I told him the problems we have had, he said "we wanted a cheap job done"...I couldn't believe what I was hearing after being charged double what I was quoted. He refused to help with any of the problems and when I told him I would review him he laughed and said"my customers don't use the internet".
I told him about the poor quality of his work and he was threatening and rude.
This whole experience has been awful and has ended with us having to pay another plumber to put things right.Best avoid in my opinion.
