I took a clock in to be looked at as the pendulum stopped swinging. They couldn’t have been more helpful or informative about my clock plus they replaced pins and washers and didn’t charge me. I offered to put it in a charity box, but they said next time you see one put it in there!!! In this day and age it is so refreshing to meet two gentleman who are passionate about their profession and so courteous. Thank you so much
