Do not under any circumstances order from this company! I placed an order on May 7, 2022 which I still haven't received. I have contacted them many times via email and their website with limited success. I have requested a refund which I still haven't had I suspect that they no longer even exist as a company. AWFUL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Lovely things, spent ages and bought more than I intended. The furniture and accessories, including garden were first rate, bought a TV stand and bedside cupboards which are excellent quality and look great. Delivery was good by a lovely young man who was very helpful. People who criticise seem to be expecting Debenhams, this is a warehouse! I am a member but friendly staff will supply a day pass if you want one. Many people I know go regularly like me, just try it for yourself, but be realistic and don't expect a large store layout.
Nothing here that you can't get elsewhere, You no longer need an account to go in but why oh why do they make you sign in before you can enter?? Is it to make people think they are going to get bargains cheaper than anywhere else because you most certainly won't? When asked why I had to sign in they said 'because it's a warehouse' when I replied so is Latiffs in Birmingham and you don't have to sign in there and they just looked confused.
Sima Warehouse is a breath of fresh air. It's a family run, family owned business that goes the extra mile. It's a members warehouse that allows guests on a pass. It's got a friendly helpful vibe and will always go the extra mile. Keep up the good work Sima, your members appreciate you.
Rude, horrendous staff. Bought some toothpaste. On further inspection it is definitely counterfeit, and wasn't even that cheap! Will never visit again, and suggest no one else does either.
They didn't have what I wanted in stock. Kindly ordered for me and expected delivery was 2 weeks .... arrived in 3 days...Great Customer Service from ordering to collection...Thank you
