If the option for no stars was there that's what I would give! I received the wrong order but the correct docket . I rang the delivery driver and he came and took the bag of food , within five minutes he returned with the correct bag and told us that the lady he brought it to heated it in her oven . I did not want to accept the order as the food was not fresh! My partner answered the door and accepted the order, when told the story I was not pleased. The driver offered my partners part of the order free next time round but no mention of my order. I am not pleased as I have lost out on money. I have delivered for a chipper before and the correct thing to do is retrieve the food from both parties, return to the chipper and return to a persons home with fresh food. The lady put our order in her oven and as a result the food was soggy and sauces where warm. This is not acceptable! I visited this chipper on a regular basis in the past but as of now I will no longer return. In my opinion, the behaviour is disgusting !
