Ordered a bacon sandwich, very little bacon. Tasted like I was just eating bread soaked in grease. Complained, they said they were sorry, take it off the bill but still charged me. Not going back, place has gone downhill. Used to love it there.
This place is a gem of a find, went for a walk with a friend who had a dog on Epsom downs. The staff were so friendly, opened up a separate area at the back for us, gave the dog water and put heating on. We only had 2 coffees, what a lovely place, highly recommendFood: 5/5
Excellent breakfast at excellent prices. The portions are generous, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the items my wife wanted had run out, but the staff were quick to let us know and offer a replacement. Everything on my plate was freshly cooked and tasted great! My only fault is that the brown sauce isn't HP... but this is just a matter of preference I suppose... There really is no other café nearby which comes close! I highly recommend this place!
A really excellent greasy spoon cafe. Fantastic food, brilliant friendly staff and a really nice and cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend Parking: There isn't any parking directly at the café, but there are a few parking spots on the main road and also a car park just down the road about a 1-2 minute walk away.
What a gem....great food at a reasonable price, cooked to perfection. So clean & the staff really lovely. I can highly recommend the Silver Spoon, it's now our favourite place to go. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Since moving to the area 5 years ago I’ve not found a better breakfast cafe than the Silver Spoon. Food is excellent, staff are wonderful and the service is REALLY efficient.Recommended dishesMega Breakfast
