Very convenient & tasty! Don’t usually buy Chinese, and as I was craving it this time I gave Silver Palace a go. The portions were very well for the salt & pepper prawns and chow mein & it tasted just how they looked delicious Could do with more vegetables in the chow mein though!
Been ordering here for nearly 20 years. Always excellent food, good portion size and huge variety. Very friendly staff too. It’s the best Chinese in the wider local area.
It was the best special fried rice I've ever had I could taste every part of it. It was fresh and filling small special fried rice £4.50 very tasty
This is the best Chinese ! I have been going here for 15+ years as long as I can remember. The people are lovely and friendly. They are super efficient too. Their prices are so good. Usually a takeaway from here is about half the price it is from other places in the area. It is a must-go to in Finsbury Park, there's no where I crave more when I go away etc. Recommendations as a vegetarian: the yellow bean tofu, sweet and sour tofu or satay tofu all so good. The egg/vegetable fried rice is lovely. Seaweed and prawn crackers are great. For meat-eaters, the crispy duck is great with pancakes and so is the crispy chilli beef, among lots of other dishes. Thanks for making such delicious food. And always different art on the walls!
Had vegetable Chow mein, which was really good lots of vegetables. Great to find a vegetable chow mein that doesn’t have water chestnuts or bamboo shoots and actually has loads of mixed vegetables instead. I definitely recommend this food.
Good value & quality If you can collect then ignore the deliveroo menu as their own is far more extensive. Salt and chili chicken is a spicebag too, giddy up
Best Chinese takeaway I’ve had in years I’ve been ordering and from other places and always an over priced disappointment but silver palace has pulled it out the bag completely beautiful my husband gave his dinner a 10 out of 10 I will be telling all my family and friends about this place hahaha you won’t be disappointed thank you silver place
First time ordering, good food for the price and a large menu to choose from, definetly coming back highly recommend the Singapore fried rice
Its 7.50pm Friday evening and ive been calling the Silver Palace for over 50 minutes and the phone line keeps ringing out or is engaged from other hungry customers calling! Guess I'm not eating from there tonight. Strange as they are always good and have been for over 25 years.
Out of all the Chinese places in the area, this is really good. The food is very good and the people there were very helpful! Also, the prices are affordable which is very much appreciated in London!
