I have always had a wonderful experience at Silk Nail & Spa. Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond with the services they provide — always providing a shoulder massage at the end, which is seriously amazing! I enjoy my pedicures and manicures from here and each nail tech is meticulous when it comes to creating clean and beautiful nails for you. I always look forward to getting my nails done here. The options they have for pedicures is simply amazing with the additional options for a callus remover and a variety of other options to enhance your relaxing experience. Went in for a pedicure and I called prior to booking and asked if I would be able to bring my own gel polish which the lady who answered said it was fine…when I get to my appointment they tell me it would be $20 EXTRA to use my OWN gel polish which is insanity to me! They wanted to charge me for my own product which is greedy and horrible customer service especially with today prices, It would have been ok if I was made aware of that prior to booking but they did not tell me anything! I don’t mind paying extra for gel polish if it was theirs but I brung my own for a reason! I ended up using regular polish which was very inconvenient for me due to the wait time because I was not paying an extra $20 on a $60 pedicure in which it was done incorrectly - I haven’t used regular polish in years and prefer gel - that’s why I called to ask if it would be ok to bring my own. Also there was a sign stating minimum tip is 15% which is fine if the service was done correctly there was a sign stating if you were paying cash it would be 5% off of the bill, did not get the discount and she tried to make me pay $10 more than what I owed! I was not satisfied with my services at all but still paid the tech a nice tip because she was nice but there were 2 other worker ladies in there who was trying to go back and forth with me. It was very empty now I understand why! Never ever again! There are better salons in the area! Save your money and do not book here! Horrible customer service, horrible work!
Had a great experience as usual. My 85 year mom enjoys her manicures with Michael, and all the ladies do great with our manis and pedis! The back/neck massage at the end is the best!
I go here often for pedicures and they last a long time. I only use regular polish and they don't chip until I'm ready to trim my nails, which is usually every 2-3 weeks. Today I decided to add a manicure, but I wanted something outside the norm. I decided to get "swirl" nails/ abstract french tip like what I've seen on tiktok, but using fall colors. Jane did a great job on something I could tell was not a normal request. She studied the picture and delivered <3 thank you Jane!
This was the first time I've had a pedicure and Still Nails did a fantastic job! The hot stones felt amazing! I also got a dip manicure and she spent so much time to get them perfect. The neck and shoulder massager was a wonderful bonus! Judy, Mike, JoJo and the crew are awesome. I love going there for pedicures and sometimes a manicure. They are all friendly and do a wonderful job.
My mom and I were walk-ins and although they were busy, they said they’d be with us in 15-20 minutes for a mani/pedi. They were right on schedule. The woman who attended to me was lovely and did a beautiful job on my nails gel nails and regular polish on my toes. I thought they were very reasonably priced—$60 for both with a $10 extra attention for callous removal. The leg massage was wonderful and they also did a shoulder and neck massage while my nails dried! I accidentally bumped one of my toes when I went out to the car quick, and they even re-did it for me which was the sweetest! They also were sooo caring and kind to my four year old little guy. I have been going to Silk Nails for awhile now and they always come out great and their prices are extremely reasonable. However, I think the staff is rude and barely say thank you for the generous tip I always leave…a little more than 20 percent. Yesterday the technician took it and literally threw it in her drawer without saying a word. I have been going to this girl for over a year and when I walk in I don’t get so much as a “hello” from her and when I leave I am the only one saying thank you! Needless to say I am not going back. There are many other salons in the area.
I came in for A pedicure with my daughter7 year old. My nails came out pretty good but what bothered me was she didn’t even apply lotion to my feet after she was done. I left with dry heels. The lady who did my daughters nails was so rude to her. Clearly they’re only interested in making money. I didn’t get the “ massage“ on my shoulders that everyone gets. I was not happy at all. I still tipped the rude lady and the girl who did my nails because I always tip. But I will not be coming back. I felt like I was rushed out.
