Rang up at very short notice and fitted in straight away. Made to feel really welcome and we were given as much time as we needed. Made to feel really special and every care was made to ensure we were happy with everything. Looking forward to having the first fitting now.

The owners of this bridal store make ever effort to make this a wonderful experience for the bride. They will go the extra mile to make everything perfect. Ten out of ten. Definitely worth the special treatment of fizz and cakes too. Beautiful location too

I Think I should warn people before get into this place, because if you will be lucky enough to meet Karen, you should know that She is not a person, She is an Angel! You Don't need to take your family or friends with you for fitting because She will do everything to make this fitting an amazing experience! All place is like in a Hollywood movie and I can promiss you- you will feel like a star!

We had the most amazing customer service from the lovely ladies at Silk! I came to my appointment without much of an idea of what I wanted but was swiftly shown through their collections while my mom and Bridesmaid were kept happy with hot drinks. I can't express how happy I am with their impeccable customer service skills and bridal expertise - I am so pleased to have come away with my dream dress. Happy people, beautiful setting, incredible dresses. I can't wait to go back for accessories!
