I use this shop regularly for my own computer needs and more often for those of the local Memory Cafe. Helen is always friendly and helpful and has helped our charity in every way she can. Her advice is always good and very much appreciated. As I am definitely not a computer expert, this little shop is a real asset.

A really lovely little shop in Sidmouth that has expanded so much in the last three years. Helen is always happy to help you with anything. If she doesn't have it in stock then she can nearly always get it for you. If your in town then it is worth a visit.

Fantastic customer service from Helen, even though the part I needed wasn't in stock as it was a specialist piece of hardware, Helen sourced it, ordered it promptly, kept me informed throughout and even offered to fit it for free!! I would highly reccomend using this shop as the knowledge and customer service was beyond reproach, well done Helen keep up the good work!!

First class every time, everything from buying ink, a new printer, getting photocopying done, help with preparing tickets for events I organise. Helen is a delight to work with, always with a smile and a helpful word AND it doesn't cost a fortune to visit Sidsoft, Sidmouth's one stop shop for all things connected with computers.

One of Sidmouths little gems, been using this shop for years and the service has always been spot on, the proprietor realises that although she may not compete on prices with the big high shops or internet traders what she can offer is first class service and that is what you get. Sidsoft has got me out of trouble on many occasions and has saves me a visit to Exeter, a handy little shop with first class service...recommended.
