The store was very neat and tidy, the staff were very helpful and friendly, even coming back to me outside the store after they forgot to remove the security tag from my purchase. My only downside is that some of the shoes in your stores are hung too far out of reach for someone short and from up there I cannot read the size label. I find the size label too small to read without glasses and have to rely on my 14 year old daughter to tell me the size. I did find that the Listergate store in Nottingham did not stock all the range as the store in Arnold, but my daughter was happy to find a size 4 in pumps that she liked that was not in stock in Arnold. I love Shoezone as the prices are what I can afford and usually good quality, I like the range.
