No toilet facilities and no lift for disabled access to the platforms. However, it is neat well kept and well served by trains going into and out of London.

This station has toilet facilities which are not available to the public, its always locked.  You have to request for someone to come and open it. They clearly have no regard for the needs of their passengers, despite being assured by Southeastern Railway that they would make the facilities available.

Nice train station. First time to use it because Beckenham was closed.

COME ON!!!!????   Unlock the bathroom!   should we just let it drop over the platform edge?   get real.  these trains are used by people not freight
