TERRIBLE - DON'T USE. Refused 2 of my parcels because they were too large 50cmx50cm! leaving me with the chaos of rescheduling delivery the next day and spending the afternoon on the phone. I paid for this service, it should not leave me with a clusterf**ck to sort out! Phoning up afterwards the man hung up the phone instantly once he knew it was me. Disgraceful service. I've seen shops HALF the size take parcels TWICE this size.

Very rude customer service. Bought mouldy bread from there and the shopkeeper didn’t even apologize. They don’t know how to deal with customers and are generally miserable.

I dropped off a parcel in this shop on Tuesday to be sent by DPD. It’s now Saturday and they still haven’t given it to DPD, even though it’s meant to be done the very next day. The woman who I left the parcel with didn’t have any idea what she was doing. I’ve tried ringing them 3 times to work out what’s going on, but they haven’t answered and I now have an angry customer because of their incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP TO POST PARCELS WITH DPD.

Terrible terrible service with DPD this shop. Do not use. Absolute no idea. Wish I had read reviews before i dropped off my parcel for collection  DPD should strip them off thwir service.

I love this place for buying very specific high quality things that I only used to find when living in Spain such dates, spices, some fruits and vegetables... If you miss Mediterranean food quality, you can find quite well-priced ingredients.

called and said I could come and drop a dpd parcel, shut the phone in my face. was there in 10 min, the shop was closed. Making fun of people’s time -so terrible!!!

Don't go. They don't take big DPD parcels saying no space, FUk. Groceriser are more expensive than supermarket. They just sell stuff bought from Costco.

No designated space for large parcels even though online services say they accept them
