Don’t get parcels delivered here. When I came in and said I need to pick up a parcel, the guy on the till didn’t say anything and pointed at a box full of parcels. I dug through the box for about ten minutes before realising it wasn’t even in the box! There is no scanning system or any security at all so easily someone could come in and just nick parcels.
Do NOT use this shop for InPost/Vinted collection. They almost certainly ‘lost’ a parcel I was waiting for, claiming someone snatched it without giving their ID or the collection number. They lied to InPost about where it was and now I’m without my item and my buyer gets a refund. Disgusting behaviour.
Do not get parcels sent here at all! You are made to search in massive parcel bins by yourself to find your package. My package was missing. The guy at the counter was not helpful at all.
Avoid using inpost with this shop. My Vinted parcel was never scanned on delivery and one previous I never received. Be careful.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! InPost and Yodel deliveries are kept in three big bins, all parcels mixed together. The cashier was rude and disinterested, focused on scrolling his phone. He told me to look for the parcels myself. Not only I had to browse through dozens of parcels, I could also knick one if I wanted, as he wasn't paying attention to me. Considering how dangerous Union Street is, it's a matter of time before someone figures out how easy it is to steal from there. They should lose the license.
Don’t drop parcels off here - they scanned the code and it processed. Receipt was provided to me but no label printed. Tried to hand me the parcel back by saying their machine wasn’t working but I explained the code had been processed so I couldn’t reuse it. After having to wait ages they accepted the parcel but I’m not confident it will be sent… the man didn’t know what he was doing!
Guys a scammer ordered off him from deliveroo £25 i was for 6 different items and only gave me 3 of which tried to contact the store afterwards and he never bothered to answer. taking it further
Always nice staff and help u find a good beal.
Not happy with the service - as I always drop off multiple yodel parcels - the guy speaks on the phone, do not pay attention at all, I had an issue recently as he put wrong stickers on my parcels - so the parcels landed in the wrong destinations.
Used central news to store luggage with stasher. Excellent service, friendly staff told us lots of tips about the city and they're open 24 hours so luggage collection was flexible. Would 100% recommend!
