Cheap shop shoes. Inside strong unpleasant factory smell. After purchase, the shoes stink with this smell and you need to wait about a week for the smell to become weaker.
Small shop but well stocked. I buy all my shoes from here. Shoes are low priced but good. Nice and comfortable safety boots and trainers. Cashier WM remembers me from my last visit and directed me without me asking towards the shoes I needed so staff are excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need shoes of good quality and at a low price this should be your first point of contact.
What a lovely and helpful man we saw today! My daughter wears specialist shoes from the hospital but if they break she obviously needs a spare pair while more are made. Shoe zone is the only place that stock shoes small and wide enough to fit her feet. We have been relying on a certain style for some time but today they weren't in store. We were approached and asked if we needed help, I explained the situation and while they weren't in shop stock the shoes were ordered for us to be delivered to our home. Top service! Thank you.

Lovely helpful staff yesterday, measured my daughters feet, they really got to my daughters level and treated her as the customer not just as a child. They checked what stock they had in size and my daughter loved her new trainers. The other member of staff helped my daughter look for her Teddy which she just brought and found it in my handbag. Very highly recommended
Ordered sandals none in Inverness manager showed me his catalogue ,he could have not been more helpful sandals ordered and delivered to my home correct ones WELL DONE SHOE ZONE INVERNESS .
I have to say that it's a pleasure to shop at Shoe Zone in Inverness. The guys who work there are so helpful and friendly, nothing is a bother for them and they go out of their way to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you can't find what your looking for they will check online to see if it's there. Due to ill health I find shopping a bit of a chore these days, but I tend to order online for click and collect. The guys can't be more pleasant if they tried to be honest they could teach others about customer service. Well done and keep up the good work.
Customer service was brilliant! They didnt have the shoe we wanted in stock so gentleman told us we can have it ordered and sent out within the week FREE of charge to save us travelling back through.
I purchased two pairs of trainers for £20 what a great deal thoroughly recommend everytime
